a digestible course on why and how to turn food scraps into soil with a specific solution for every type of workspace and home.
Contrary to popular belief, landfills are designed for storage, not decomposition. Meaning that no matter the object (not even food!), proper biodegradation does not happen at landfill. The fact that food accounts for 21.9% of total landfill waste (the highest percentage of all materials), brings COMPOST to the forefront of easy individual actions that yield maximum climate impact.
